A new range of merchandise supporting Jesus Green Lido is available to purchase just in time for Christmas. The Friends of Jesus Green Lido, the charity set up to safeguard the future of the lido and champion outdoor swimming in Cambridge, has launched a new line of products via Redbubble – the global online marketplace for on-demand products.
Featuring the Friends of Jesus Green logo, and an illustration of the pool, the merchandise will allow fans and visitors to celebrate their love of the lido in style. The collection – which is available to order online for home delivery – includes a wide range of items including t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, stickers, phone cases and more.
The merchandise launch comes as Jesus Green Lido continues to grow as a popular destination for health and wellbeing. The lido has been a fixture in Cambridge for 100 years and is renowned for being one of the longest outdoor pools in the country. Visitor numbers have grown in recent years with the pool staying open all year round so people can experience cold water swimming in a safe environment.
The new merchandise will provide both regular visitors but also supporters further afield with a way to connect to the lido and show their support for this historic community space. In addition, the collection will also help support the future of the lido. A portion of the proceeds from every purchase will go directly toward maintaining and enhancing the lido’s facilities and supporting community programs.
